Typically a more short-term type of service, this is great for young adults who are about to graduate high school and looking at colleges or trade schools, or for exploring possible career pathways based on interests.

Frequency: Typically meeting are once a week.

Length: The first session tends to be about 90 minutes, with subsequent sessions being 60 minutes.

What to Expect: Lots of exploration and questioning. More assessments tend to be involved with this type of service. Discussions can also highlight potential barriers to entering higher education or the workforce.
