Individual, Family, Group Psychotherapist

Sigma Centrum Counseling , an insurance based private practice in Florida, is looking for part time and/or full time Master’s Level psychotherapists to join the practice. We are looking for a W2 employee. We have one office location in Naples, Florida. We offer a potential hybrid position set up with flexibility in scheduling days presuming a minimum number of clinical hours. 

 

Requirements include being licensed to provide psychotherapy in the State of Florida. Registered Interns are welcome to apply.

Role Type: W2 Employee

Role Timing: 15 Clinical Hours PT to 25 Clinical Hours FT

​Role begins part time and over time moves to full time if desired.

Licensure

Compensation is percentage based on income received, and paid out biweekly, starting as follows:

  • Registered Intern: 50% (average annual estimated income presuming 25 clinical hours weekly: ~$60,000.)

  • Licensed Master’s Level Provider: 60% (average annual estimated incoming presuming 25 clinical hours weekly: ~$72,000)

Therapist with a niche are strongly considered. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidates also must be very LGBTQIA+ affirming and be willing to take on additional training to serve this population.

  1. Steady stream of referrals- you start part time and eventually move up to full time if desired.

  11. Supportive team environment

  1. Current State of Florida  license as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Registered Intern status

  2. Willing to work 15 hours per week or more

  3. LGBTQIA+ affirming/competent or willing to train for competency

  4. First Aid/CPR certification or willing to complete

  5. Capability to travel to office

  6. Can pass a level II background check

Master's or Doctorate

LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Registered Intern status
